Txell Blanco co-founded The Outsiders in 2013. Through this collective of artists and designers we create dynamic public spaces and engage citizens to take an active role in exploring the identity of their surroundings with a focus on culture, food, ecology and the built environment. We also experiment with civic design, placemaking and building improvisation.
